Refund policy
Shipping
Order before 2.30pm Monday - Friday and we'll get your order on a courier the same day, and email you an NZ Post tracking number. If there's a problem that may prevent us shipping your order same day (like we've nipped off early for a fish) we'll let you know but this rarely happens.
Returns
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a refund. No ones asked for a refund yet, but to start a return, you can contact us at zerosaltnz@gmail.com.
We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
